Ø Ability to understand, communicate and provide design guide on the field in term of Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and architectural project requirementsØ Knowledge of advance AutoCad skills and operationsØ Ability to record, prepare and execute as-built drawingsØ Knowledge in PMCC (Project Management Cycle Control)Ø Knowledge in HSE (Health, Safety Environmental Issues) and able to perform Safety and Design Pre-construction Briefings to field crewØ Knowledge of MS Project and planning schedules, leading to micro-management of field teamØ Good Reporting and communication skills with client and Design Management TeamØ Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulationsØ Experienced in handling Project Risk Management and JudgmentØ Able to understand budgets and work closely with bill of quantitiesØ Knowledge of engineering materials and applicationsØ Experienced in managing multi-national work force and working with different cultures.Ø Previous management experience and reporting for western clients, Candidates having experience working with US Army Corps of Engineers will be given preference |
