Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience with commercial/industrial site projects, Education in Architectural field. Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Previous experience in biological laboratory design and construction experience required for BSL-3 or BSL-4 (http://www.cdc.gov/OD/ohs/biosfty/bmbl4/bmbl4s3.htm) level facilities. Russian language skills considered an asset.Job Description: Provide technical architectural information, interpretation of contract documents in consultation with CLIENT and Consultant as required, and monitoring of work to ensure architectural finishes, coatings, sealants and other architectural systems meet requirements as specified in Contract documents. Manage and review documentation including Request for Information (RFIs), Supplemental Instructions (SIs), shop drawings and submittals for architectural systems. Coordinate with trades and CLIENT in finding solutions to architectural issues/conflicts |
